• Social media posts (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
• Video scripts, recipes, and meal guides
• Business branding and designs

2. Nutrition Certification & Compliance

Pure Pet Pantry’s recipes are developed by a certified canine nutritionist and comply with nutritional standards set by AAFCO when paired with a proper multivitamin. All food preparation follows guidelines licensed by the Department of Agriculture – Feed and Regulation Division of Nashville, TN.

However, we are not licensed veterinarians, and our content does not replace medical or veterinary advice. Always consult with your vet before changing your pet’s diet, especially if your dog or cat has known medical conditions, sensitivities, or is on prescribed medication.

3. Health & Medical Disclaimer

Our recipes are created with knowledge, experience, and science-backed research. However, results may vary based on each pet’s individual needs, sensitivities, and health history.

By using our products or recipes, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Pure Pet Pantry does not diagnose, treat, or cure disease.
• We make no guarantees of healing or health improvements.
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions, digestive upset, or illness that may arise from feeding our recipes.
• You are fully responsible for how you feed and transition your pet to a homemade diet.

4. Local Meal Prep Service (If Applicable)

If you live within our local delivery area (within 40 miles of Nashville) and choose to order custom-prepped meals:

• You must provide accurate pet information (age, weight, dietary needs, etc.).
• Meals are portioned and tailored to that information.
• We are not liable for inaccuracies due to false or missing data.
• We do not accept returns on perishable items unless an error is made on our part.

You accept full responsibility for safe storage, handling, and feeding once meals are delivered.

5. Digital Product Policy (eBooks, Downloads, Meal Guides)

All digital products sold by Pure Pet Pantry are final sale and non-refundable due to their downloadable nature.

When purchasing our eBook or any recipe guide, you agree:

• Content is for personal use only
• It may not be shared, sold, posted, or distributed publicly or privately
• Ownership of this intellectual property remains with Pure Pet Pantry
• Any violation of these terms may result in legal action

6. E-Commerce Purchases

Purchases through our website or store may include both physical and digital goods.

a. Payment:

We use secure third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to process all payments. We do not store or access your full credit card information.

b. Physical Products:

Due to the perishable nature of fresh pet food, all food sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food items unless we make an error. You must report issues (wrong item, damaged packaging) within 48 hours of delivery.

c. Digital Products:

All downloads (eBooks, recipes, PDFs) are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

d. Delivery & Fulfillment:

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping/delivery details. Pure Pet Pantry is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered.”

7. TikTok, Social Media, and Online Content

All videos, posts, captions, and content shared by Pure Pet Pantry on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms are protected under copyright law.

By viewing, liking, or commenting on our content, you do not receive permission to reuse or repurpose our material. You may not:

• Download and repost videos or images without consent
• Transcribe, screenshot, or reuse recipe information from our videos
• Use our content to create derivative works (e.g., your own eBook, guide, or class)

TikTok videos are considered original creative works and are protected by U.S. copyright law. All rights reserved.

8. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on:

• Custom meals
• Perishable items
• Digital downloads
• Missed local delivery pickups

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue where possible.
